cacheupnmustard
Does anyone know of an online mapping resource that will allow me to enter a street address and get its waypoints? Quote Link to comment
+Explorer99
Here is one site I found which says.... You may geocode up to 25 addresses for pre-purchase evaluation purposes via this Test Drive page. If you need to evaluate a larger quantity of addresses, please sign up for a free EZ-Locate trial account (which includes 100 free geocodes). It is located at http://www.geocode.com/modules.php?name=TestDrive_Eagle Here is another one but it isn't quite as good. http://www.maporama.com/share/ Hope this helps. Quote Link to comment
+Green Achers
I think you'll have better luck answering this thread if you post it here. Maybe the Forum Zire will move it for you. As far as your question though, I believe that ability has been greatly removed for the internet in the past few years. MapQuest.com once provided it. If you have a PC (Mac's need Virtual PC software) and a road map CD, that will do it. That's also your opertunity to upload a detailed map section into your GPSr - so it could do the job on the fly. I assume you don't have a CD yet. Christmas is coming so let everyone you know a Road Map CD is on your wasnt list. I know that's not the answer you'd like but I believe it's the only option (unless one was missed in the clean up). Quote Link to comment
