Rino

Recommended Posts

When you are on say channel 10, then some radios have subcodes up to 38.

What they do is if two radios on the same channel and subcode you can both hear each other, if someone else is on channel 10 with no subcode, they can hear you but you can't hear them. That is why they are called privacy codes sometimes. All the Rino's have subcodes, but even if you have another radio that doesn't have subcodes, then you can set your rino to subcode 0 and both will be able to hear each other. You can change the codes just like you change the channel. Did I confuse you enough yet?
