+briansnat
My Turkey Trot TB which is the key to a cache here in NJ has been stranded in CT. He's kind of usless up there and needs to get back to NJ. If anybody happens to be up that way could they bring him back or mail him to me? Reward! +BMSquared
Hey, isn't that on Floopy's way to work? Quote Link to comment
mortonfox
Hey, isn't that on Floopy's way to work? About a 49-mile drive. Quote Link to comment

+BMSquared
Hey, isn't that on Floopy's way to work? About a 49-mile drive. I've seen you do worse. Brian, if you don't get any other responders, I will go on Saturday. I will bring it back to the Ramapo area as I re-check try to get approval of my cache a third time. Just let me know if you have any word on someone else picking it up. Quote Link to comment
+HartClimbs
Wow. Just wondering - do you have a tag on the bug with instructions? The bug page seems really clear - although it's not the first time it's skipped bail and left Morris County. I've been guilty of moving TB's along without having a chance to read the bug page in advance. Travel Bug Bail Bonds....maybe there's a business idea there. Quote Link to comment
+GeoKender
And I thought my moving this TB across rt. 23 highway into Passaic county was the limit on that one! WOW! into CT.. now that beats all. Quote Link to comment

Specific instructions are on a tag attached to the bug. In defense of the person who moved it, he felt that it was better to move it on, than to hang on to it because he wasn't sure when he'd get back to NJ. +Perfect Tommy
briansnat Posted on Oct 14 2004 Reward! What's the reward, or better yet, what would you pay in ransom? Quote Link to comment
+Mopar
I MAY be able to sqeeze it in this weekend, but don't hold me to it. Got a full weekend and prepping for some serious PNW caching next week. I've done the cache already, but I think there's a new one at the Starbucks across the street that hasn't been real high on my "run right out and grab" list. Perhaps I can make it a two-fer. No, you can keep the travel bug. I DO need the Turkey Trot bug though. Since it is a pretty easy trip across the Tappan Zee from where I am, I'll just run up and grab it, unless Mopar can commit grabbing it. Quote Link to comment
+orange
I should of just kept the bug when I checked on it. At least I would not of moved it out of MC. But it might of resided in my house for a while. Quote Link to comment
+Perfect Tommy
Although the reward is tempting (and I am off today), I'll pass since BMSquared is apparently making the trip out from NJ tomorrow. Interesting TB, btw. Quote Link to comment
+Mopar
I'll defer to BM as well. There are plenty of decent caches in Fairfield County, so it surely wont be be a wasted trip. I'm going to a company picnic in that area Saturday afternoon, so if you can't make it, just let me know. Quote Link to comment
