Posting a Comment on a Travel Bug Page

OK, I placed a TB at a new location and logged the cache site and made comments on the cache site just fine.

The TB also shows up in the system as being in the new cache.

Now I would like to go to the TB page and enter a comment there, etc. I see how to add pix but how do I make additional comments over and above what the system supplies as part of the "depositing process" on the cache page.

Ok so you want to post a note to the TB's page?

If all you want to do is post a note down towards the bottom on the TB page:

-go to the TB's page

-click on "Found it? Log it!" up at the top right of the TB page and change the "what type of log" drop down menu from "I have it!" to "Making a note"

-Then just type your note in and enter the log

I think I read this differently then pnew did. I'm guessing you want to add a note about a bug you found and then moved.

If you forgot the TB tag number you're out of luck. You might try emailing the owner to see if they will tell you the number.

lol I've read it 3 times and interpreted it 3 different ways now lol. If your talking about logging the TB back into a cache the system only allows you to add pictures. You could always post a note additionally but "the system" only lets you add comments when you log a TB out of a cache.

If I understand the ? correctly MY answer

would be:

Always go to the Travel Bug page FIRST when

placing or taking a TB.

After you take or place a TB, go to the

Travel Bug page FIRST and you can post any commentary or pictures at this time.

THEN go to the actual cache page to record

your visit.
