+Krauss-McClurg
We'll be doing a 90 eastbound, 20 westbound loop, with a day in Spokane between. We'd like some cool caches with at most short hikes to do by ourselves along that route and around Spokane, as well some in-town to do with family who've never been caching before. We'd love some suggestions based on local knowledge. Thanks very much! Quote Link to comment
+WeightMan
At Snoqualmie Pass you can pick up Iron Horse East with a short walk. Nearby with short walks are also Its A Wonderful World and Franklin Cache. If you want to walk a bit further after doing Iron Horse East you could go through the two mile long tunnel and do Bloody Fingers, Dirty Diapers inside the tunnel and Iron Horse and Tunnel Of Light on the west side. Total hike for the four caches would be about five miles or so. The other two are short. One right over I-90 is Coney Island on Mercer Island. Near the East Channel Bridge is You Can't Get There From Here. Just a start on the suggestions. Quote Link to comment
nolenator
Washington Pass Cache and Rainy Lake Trail (paved easy trail) are at the two passes on highway 20. The falls colors are excellent right now. Peace, Nolenator Quote Link to comment

+Bull Moose
I-90, Wild Stallions Ride Again It's a must do! It's nicer than the one right across the interstate from it westbound. I almost ened my vacation with a snakebite there. Quote Link to comment
