(D/T) - What's it mean?

I believe that would be the choice between different modes of transportation to get to a cache site: drive or thumb (hitchhike). I have never seen this one in reality, will watch for what it is too.

 

It's not a sport unless there is something dead in the back of the truck when you get home.

T=Terrain, which tells you how difficult it is to get to the cache.

 

D=Difficulty, which is the actual difficulty of finding the cache. This could mean that a puzzle must be solved to get the right coordinates, or simply a cache that is very cleverly hidden.
