rockeater77
I found a TX Geo coin in a cache a few weeks back, however the web site to log this at, www.txgeocoins.com is no more. Does anyone know if this can still be tracked or if I can somehow setup a new way to track this coin based on its number? Thanks Rockeater77 Quote Link to comment

+Eartha
The txgeocoins site is apparently down permanently. I went into the Texas geocaching discussion forums and did a search and found this reply with no explanation. Perhaps someone in Texas could tell us why this site is gone? Quote Link to comment
rockeater77
I see in some peoples stats, they have logged GeoCoin finds. Can this coin be tracked here. I believe it is sanctioned by Groundspeak seeing as the TX GeoCoin is how I found the Web address for geocaching.com, it was minted on the coin!!! RockEater77 Quote Link to comment
+Kealia
No, it can't be logged on this site. The coins that you see logged are either USA Geocoins, or a handful of Moun10Bike coins (rare). Individual state coins are not tracked on this site (lots of discussions and requests to make this happen, but you can't right now). With that site being down, I'm sure it leaves a lot of Texans without tracking ability for thier coins..... . Quote Link to comment
