Locationless Pocket Query

I have been trying to run a pocket query for all locationless caches in the world, but it looks to be impossible as I have to choose a point of origin or a state or country. The closes I get is making a query for all locationless caches outside USA and another query for all caches inside USA. Is there a way of making a pocket query where I get all locationless caches in the world together?

I tried it a few different ways but, no, it doesn't seem possible. However, couldn't you open both the queries in some desktop geocaching/gps waypoint software and then copy the results of one file to the other so you have them together?

Writer is correct. Run a U.S. query and a "rest of the world" query, and then merge the results together using GSAK, Watcher, GPSBabel or other third party software.

Actually I made a pocket query selecting all states in USA and the list it returns is the complete list of locationless caches in the world. I do not know why, but it does it.
