+Bull Moose
Uh.... what movie? It does kind of look like Milton's waiting for his coins, too. Edited November 18, 2004 by Bull Moose Quote Link to comment
nolenator
Yeah right... Trivia: The red Swingline stapler that Milton was so afraid of having taken away was never actually manufactured by the Swingline company; it was instead painted red by a crew member in the props department. However, following the movie's success on video as a cult film, the demand for red Swingline staplers (apparently as a symbol of quiet rebellion among cubicle-bound employees) was so great that the company began to sell the red Swingline stapler on its website. I know it is off-topic, yet very funny. Peace, Nolenator Quote Link to comment

And so does Joe Frog. One of those coins has a long trip to the opposite corner of the country after it gets in my hands, and it could use the weekend to travel. Quote Link to comment

We lovez them and nobody will ever take the Precious from us again!! Great big thanks - from both of us . Quote Link to comment
+pdxmarathonman
The UPS guy brought me my coins today. Or should I say, almost all of my coins today. The list says I should have gotten #50 and #215-237. Guess which one never made it into the package? I sure hope #50 is still sitting in L&R's house somewhere. Quote Link to comment
+Prying Pandora
Yippee!! Ours just came tonight! UPS must be working late. Our low number is 33 and the rest are in the 860-870 range. Quote Link to comment
+Morock & Miss C
Got ours today. Very attractive coin, much better looking in person than the two dimensional photo that we purchased from. Kudo's to the crew that made this happen. Really like the, epoxy? coating covering the 3-D mountain design. One question, are these trackable on GC from cache to cache? And...One more, after activating on WGC, then what? To log the coin, the page asks me where it was found. (Inside my screen door doesn't cut it.) Quote Link to comment
+Defender1
Hey Moose, Good news people in California are getting theirs. Well I guess you and I doomed till at least tomarrow. I hope tomarrow's trip to the mail box wont be as depressing as today Quote Link to comment
+Navdog
I've felt like an expectant father the last few weeks wondering how the coins would turn out. I finally got my hands on an actual coin yesterday. They really look nice. The depth of field on the front of the coin is great! The epoxy cover definitely enhances the 3-D effect. +willcall
Don't normally get too vocal in these things, but these are NIIIIICE coins. Congratulations on the design - unparalleled. #11 goes in the collection. BTW, anyone interested in trading something for a uniquely numbered Canadian? Like #0666. Forgot where I got it, but my wife won't let me keep it. I'm sure it's not a problem, but it occasionally takes on a strange glow..... If no one's interested, I may need to donate it to the trove of some devil-worshipping rock band or another. WillCall Quote Link to comment

+KC0GRN
Alas, UPS has not graced my doorstep today with a package. Hope I get an interesting low number (if I get a low number one, there's only... 100 of those). Quote Link to comment
+the4Grays
No coins for us today yet either , but I understand how that can work knowing that Bremerton is so much further away than California. Maybe tomorrow they can make it across the sound. Not whining just very inpatient. Quote Link to comment
+globalgirl
...but I understand how that can work knowing that Bremerton is so much further away than California. +pdxmarathonman
If somebody's package shows up with coin #50 you'll recieve tons of good karma if you forward it to it's intended owner - Me! Let me know if it inadvertantly got packed with your order - my order was one coin short No hard feelings to L&R - They had 1500 coins to deal with - so far the error rate is .05% or so.
