A Real Treasure Hunt

I was back-packing in Europe last spring and after finding out about a real-life treasure hunt, decided to check it out for myself...

Here's the setting looking for caches with team cfh in downtown phoenix. Satellites are popping in and out not getting a good location of where we are in location to our target. Across the street looks like a likely hide. Team cfh hands me the gps and says have at it. Looking at the gps head down I spot a greenback lying in the street. Instantly I swooped down and snatched the bill. As I’m reaching for it the color looks wrong to light (it was 11 pm. not the normal eye searing light of day ). Or was it that the two zeros that I was focusing on where so bright the rest of the bill just seemed to pale in comparison. It only seemed right to split the c note with team cfh. 2 caches and a $100 not bad for an after work “cash “ hunt.
