Tb Drop Notes Should Contain Gcxxxx Field Please

Currently the TB drop notes sent from a watch-list/owner notification contains the TBID (yay) and links to the bug, links to the cache, etc (YAY). But what it is missing is the GCXXXX identifier in there as well. Though the GUID is good enough to get to the web page, I was hoping to get to the normal identifier as well for parsing purposes.
