What happens if someone takes a nasty picture or two with your camera and you go to your local film developer to have the pictures printed. The exception is illegal activity, namely illegal activity involving children. In those cases, it is my understanding that they are required to notify authorities. so if someone decides to be a wise guy and take a picture of a couple squirrels procreating, you have nothing to worry about.
