NeuroNomad
I just put together a small little application that will take GPX (Pocket Queries) and convert them into a HTML file. Not sure if anyone would be interested but if they are they can get the file from HERE. Edited July 22, 2004 by NeuroNomad Quote Link to comment
Stunod
How similar is it to FizzyMagic's gpx2html??? Quote Link to comment
jeff35080
How is this different from gpx2html by fizzymagic? Quote Link to comment

Hemlock
Or any other program on this page? I don't mean to burst your bubble. There's always room for more utilities. I just hope new ones will do something new that the other utilities are lacking. Quote Link to comment
jeff35080
Or have a different name to avoid confusion Quote Link to comment
NeuroNomad
Didn't search for other ones out there. Just wrote it for myself and thought, hey I could share this someone might be interested. I haven't checked out the others but considering I just threw it together, I doubt it is much different or better than the others. Pretty much it just allows you to design a webpage around the GPX info, nothing more/nothing less. Thanks for the comments. Quote Link to comment
NeuroNomad
Downloaded that one from Fizzy, it is different as mine is a GUI that allows allows you to enter your own HTML headers and footers at runtime vs. having to go back in and edit the page. Quote Link to comment
mtn-man
I'm going to go ahead and move this one over to GPS Units and Software. Thanks! Quote Link to comment
NeuroNomad
Thanks I was going to place the posting there, but I wasn't sure if the forum topic meant all software or just GPS Unit software. Quote Link to comment
robertlipe
For a quiet ringer in this category, GPSBabel will actually produce HTML output that's suitable for webbing and even hock up references to style sheets so you can tweak the formats. Please do consider a different name for your program. While I doubt that FizzyMagic trademarked it or anything, it's less confusing to the community when names don't overlap. +NeuroNomad
Will try to get around to renaming it tonight. I don't figure many people will download it either way. Just thought someone might find it useful. Wish I had checked for other stuff like it before I wrote it. Quote Link to comment
