Fledermaus Posted July 18, 2004 Share Posted July 18, 2004 On rare occasions, I can't log in either, but that's when I try to use the NN v4.7 browser. However, most of the time that I log in to GC.COM with the IE v5.0 browser on an older P1 machine. Can someone tell me what's up with that too? Does it have something to do with "Cookies"? If that, how do you change the settings? Link to comment
Wood Walker Posted July 19, 2004 Author Share Posted July 19, 2004 yes it was a cookie problem lately have been set to block all cookies when i tryed to log in like that saw where a cookie was blocked so i went and set to accept all still blocked it finally had to close IE change it to accept it then launch IE and worked so for some reason however it is set when i launch it stays and yes when i changed it i hit apply Link to comment

I hope that doesn't happen to my computer, I like people to be able to read what I'm typing. Link to comment

Punctuation does make it easier to understand the written word, but that looks more like stream-of-consciousness typing, which doesn't generally contain punctuation. Remindes me a of an old quote from a teacher: "make sure brain is engaged before operating mouth". Link to comment
