To CHANGE from geocacher to something else, you must be a member ($3 per month or $30/year). It's a good deal and the other benefits rock... Hope that helps! Quote Link to comment

I was under the impression that you don’t need to be a premium member in order to change your forum title even though the site mentions that you do need to be (I guess it’s a little glitch that TPTB don’t care much about).
