Garmin Tech Support Via Email?

I think I may have a problem with my Legend and emailed tech support over a week ago. The Garmin website says to allow 2 business days for a reply. I did include all the required information and verified my email address. Has anybody gone the email route before, and should I wait a little longer for a reply? :lol:

I have had to return two units because of problems. Both times I tried emailing first. I waited over a week both times with no reply. My phone call however was handle quickly and professionaly.

Ditto that with me. I've had quite bad email support and quite good phone support with them on 5 different units. I'd say call.
