Search back through this forum and you will find plenty of previous detailed replies that will probably help quite considerably.

 

GPSTuner by Megalith Software is one of the better GPS display applications.

GPXSonar is probably the caching tool of choice.

 

Are you looking for mapping or just a directional pointer to the location?

Use stats.gcuk.com and get a list of the caches. Then use the link to streetmap and click on the highest magnification - this will give you street names on the map which you can then enter into tomtom....at least you get postcode - you don't with my version of tomtom which is a right pain when going to "main street" and there are about 30 of them listed in the options.

A lot of caches give coordinates for local carparks - you could create a POI file for TOMTOM using POIEDIT and then let TOMTOM guide you there.
