Help Needed For Harriman Pirates Event

I would like to get a commitee started to help me set up some caches etc. At the

Harriman Pirates & Picnic Event

 

The following positions are available:

 

1. Crow'sNest (Cache placing team) - placing nearby theme caches, island caches etc.

2. QuarterMaster (Food team) - just to keep track of the food people are bringing

3. First mate Plunderer (Team Pirate treasure activity coordinator) - set out and run event

4. Cabin Boy (travel bug dropoff manager) - coordinate travel bugs

5. Cabin Button Boy - (patch and button coordinator) - theme ordering prizes and buttons

6. Culass McBlade - (welcome commitee) - responsible for sign-in and fees

 

For some of these you won't even need to show up! Please e-mail me if interested and I can give you a more detailed description of the job title.

I won't be able to make it to the event but I will be on vacation the 2 weeks before if you need any help dropping some caches off I will gladly lend a hand. Just shoot me an email or something. One problem though is I don't know the area so I don't know how much help I could be.

I'm running an event that day with my Chamber of Commerce. Doesn't look like I'll make it to the event. Not happy.

If you mean sunday July 4th...I could do that...my vacation starts that weekend....

Sunday the 27th - I have to drop off my cousin at the bus station then it off to place some caches. People can join me or just host them for me (I will place them).

 

There are a bunch of caches to be had in the area already
