gruviemom4two Posted May 28, 2004 Share Posted May 28, 2004 I have a Garmin eTrex Personal Navigator. My husband brought it home from work....would like to try out geocaching this weekend. I can't figure out where to enter the cache coordinates into my GPS....Have a feeling I can't with this unit. Does anyone know? Quote Link to comment
+flgAZ Posted May 28, 2004 Share Posted May 28, 2004 I have a Garmin eTrex Personal Navigator. scroll through the menus to "Mark" press "Enter" that will make a waypoint at your present location. Use the up/down buttons to highlight the different fields and edit them as you wish Notice the little flap at the top of the unit? behind that is a data port that you can use by getting a cable that connects to your computer and you can download 500 waypoints at a time. Etrex units are very capable units, You will enjoy learning all it can do. Quote Link to comment
