+Rabid Bunny
I just noticed that I haven't been getting e-mail notifications about any of my caches that folks have (or haven't) found, or caches on my watch list. I haven't changed my e-mail address lately so I'm not sure what the problem is. Anyone with help? Link to comment
+Rabid Bunny
Yeah, still getting nothing. I've even switched my e-mail to another account I have and I have yet to get my activation e-mail. So now I can't activate my account. One thing that is weird is that I can get e-mails from cachers who send me info via GC.com, but just not getting any log e-mails from caches. Edited May 18, 2004 by Rabid Bunny Link to comment
Keystone
A likely cause for your problem is that your computer or your ISP is interpreting e-mails sent in bulk by the Geocaching.com e-mail "bot" as spam. Check your spam filters for starters. If they're set loosely enough, then the problem could be with your ISP. Send an e-mail to the contact at geocaching dot com address and ask them to do a trace on the notifications being sent to you. In past threads of this type, it's frequently been the case that the ISP was bouncing the e-mails in bulk. One example of an ISP that was doing this was Roadrunner, although I understand that this problem had been fixed. Link to comment

+Rabid Bunny
Just wanted to say thanks to Nate, who fielded my question via contact@gc.com and to KA for your suggestions. I'm glad there are guys like you who make cachers like me feel important even over the little things. Good job! Link to comment
