BeadBoy
What exactly does the status of charter member mean. Pretty easy to figure out about what it means but what exactly must you do or have you done to get this status. Link to comment
+TresOkies
You had to have been here when the membership drive first began to be a charter member. Otherwise, you are a paying member, I believe. -E Edited May 8, 2004 by TresOkies++ Link to comment
+DavidMac
I'm not sure exactly when the cutoff was, but I think it was sometime at the end of 2002. Although I signed up to the site before the end of the year, I didn't become a paying member until several months later, so I'm just a regular 'ol Premium Member. My 200th post. Sweet! CoyoteRed
A lot of charter members' accounts were downgraded to premium because we didn't know when the membership expired and let it lapse. Link to comment

Yeah, I'm one of them. Joined in 2001, paid my dues, was charter, then downgraded because I was waiting for the credit card issue to be settled instead of using &*%(#$ Paypal! Link to comment
