gm100guy
Toronto Map I found this site and as you zoom on the map it will give you an air photo of anywhere in Toronto. On the air photo after 2 zooms it gets distorted though. Quote Link to comment
Video11
London Ontario Interactive Map What a coincidence. Just this past weekend I found the above link to London Ontario Aerial Maps. From the link above select the "City Map" link. Then scroll all the way down to the bottom on the left Menu column and check "Aerial Photos". Then when you zoom into a 2km or smaller view you get aerial photos. Pretty neat. You can even change the year and see the march of development. I can even make out my truck parked in my driveway. +res2100
Cool arials of London...I couldn't figure out though how to get the arial photos on the Toronto site to show up...any advice or directions? I wonder if Halton has similar arial photos. Quote Link to comment
gm100guy
The Toronto site is very busy at times and just sits there if it is overloaded. Need to keep trying and you will get in. Quote Link to comment
+res2100
I have no problems getting to the web site and it loads fast enough, I just don't see where the arial photos are on the Toronto site. I see the map on the main page, but when I click on that and zoom in, it just reflects a regular style map and nothing that appears to be arial related. Are the arial photos on another page somewhere on that site? Quote Link to comment
gm100guy
As you zoom in if you look at the list of features you want near the bottom is a box for the air photos. Quote Link to comment
+res2100
I was just about to write that I must be really dense, but I finally found it...Looks like the "Aerial View" checkbox doesn't appear until you zoom into atleast 287m. Thanks...they look really neat. Quote Link to comment
