Gps Central Delivery Time

Hello,

I was wondering what sort of time it took for anyone who ordered travel bugs from gps central. I have paid by credit card- and ground FedEx. I have ordered the travelbugs over 2 weeks ago and I need them for the big race this Saturday. Anyone else have any issues with their delivery...

I have ordered MANY things from them and have never once had a problem, of ANY kind. Did you try calling them? Maybe they are out of TB's or maybe there was a problem with your CC?

No prob with cc and I tried calling at supper time here- which I thought would be a good time out there with with the time diff- but I have left a message. I just did not know anyone who has dealt with them before-

No problem here. Shipped on Easter Monday, arrived here in rural Ontario on the Wednesday. I was impressed. . I had some CITO shirts in with the TB order and they sent the order ExpressPost at no extra charge since I'd mentioned I needed the shirts for a CITO event on the 17th. I've always had excellent service like this from them. Give them a call, sounds like something has gone wrong with the order.

It took us 2 1/2 weeks to get ours, but we had ordered some additional items which were out of stock at the time. I e-mailed them and got a prompt reply and explanation. Our order arrived 6 days after it was filled.

Ref: Your log Over due bugs tags , I have order Geocaching gear from GPS Central/GPSCITY with no porblems. All gear arrive with in 2-6 day with Canada post expedited parcel. Did you received a tracking number from Fedex by e-mail? Here is a phone number Fedex Canada no charge dail 1-800-463-3337 it may help.

 

I'm waiting for an order of bugs with luck should have then Wed/Thursday this week. If my bugs are in be for Sat. I will Give you one for the race. Will be in touch by e-mail.

I too, have ordered various articles from GPS Central and have never had any problems. Once received the wrong piece but after discussing over the phone, replacement was on its way before I had chance to return the wrong one. Typically I have received my orders within 24 hours of ordering.

I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to them.

Thank-you so much for your great offer- but I got ahold of them today and there was a mixup with the order- and they are sending the bugs down today-overnight- so it looks like I will be ready to go for the big race on Saturday!

I mentioned all the good comments from folks who have used their services and they were pleased to hear that you like dealing with them.
