aka Monkey
No wonder that guy got marriage proposals.. he's got a fantastic sense of humor. I wonder how many of those proposals came from guys in prison? Quote Link to comment

Red Clover
Ok now its just sad. People are clearly just bidding to bid. Some people can be real butt heads. Quote Link to comment

blazerfan
The bid is at $99 million. I hate how easy it is to make fake bids on eBay. Chances are a real bidder would have liked that dress and someone ruins it for all involved. Quote Link to comment
SERG312
Doesn't the seller have to pay a percentage to ebay? Just wait until the seller checks his credit card and gets a load of the kickback to ebay. Quote Link to comment
New England n00b
Dude, that is just rude. I can't see Mopar wearing that! Quote Link to comment
Touchstone
What a crack up. I wish that guy cached and would write up some logs on my caches The hit counter was over a million and a half when I got there, and the bid was some bizarre astronomical amount. I'll bet he gets some serious people to buy it offline from him. I'd like to hear how the story ends Quote Link to comment

I bet you could make lots of money selling wedding dresses on ebay. I'm sure he'll sell it to a legitimate ebayer instead of the fake. It's lousy that someone is messing him the prices. He's a great guy. Quote Link to comment
SteeleAddicted
When I first was sent to this site yesterday it was at $71 dollars... Little did I realize it would be at $95,000,201.00 by tonight. The guy who wrote it has wrote an addition to his original discription answering some of his e-mails... HAHA. Quote Link to comment
GPSKitty
It's down to 888,988.00 now. The most stupidist bids got retracted. It has over 1.75 million views. I'd like to know how many sites/forums have posted his ebay link. The current bidder (as of 230am west coast time) has zero feedback, but the next highest is an established ebayer. Retracting a bid will be a black mark on his profile. It's a very clever ad. At least the guy still has humor through all of his life's problems. I think it's funny that he started the bidding at 1.00. He'll end up with a good price for it, I'm sure. Plenty enough for sports tickets and beer. Quote Link to comment

olepaint & co
Did anyone else see this guys interview with Matt and Katie Curic on the Today Show this morning? Very funny guy. He said that Ebay deleted the obvious fraudulant bids. I wonder if he is the same guy that was selling all his ex-wife's Beany Babies a while back. Similar style in the description of the items. I guess I could check that out but I don't really care that much. Quote Link to comment
GPSKitty
It's down to 15,100.00 and he has it set up so he can pre-approve the bids. And he has even received offers for radio and TV appearances. This thing has a life of it's own. I bet his ex is peed off. I just looked at the bid history. It's funny to read the reasons on the bid retractions. "Entered wrong bid amount". Sure you did. "Too low of feedback". Like you didn't notice his feedback rating BEFORE you bid? Excuses, excuses. A bunch of people backpedaled real fast. And to keep this on topic....Mopar, you better hurry up. Less than 4 hours to go. Quote Link to comment

Lazyboy & Mitey Mite
the sad thing is that the bidding went down in the final minutes rather than up Yeah it went down because he disqualified some users, such as the ones that bid almost 100 million for it. He got 3800 from someone that appears to be legit. What do you think Jason, gonna bid on his next item? Quote Link to comment
