Broncoholics
I woke up this morning and found it hard to believe that District 70 in Pueblo West is closed due to the storm. I had a flash back and thought I was back in Rochester N.Y. for a minute. I don't miss the snow and cold at all. Being a carpenter my pay check depends on the weather, so today I make no money. The only thing I can do is put more layers of clothes on and go caching. I can't work in bad weather but I can sure cache in it. LOL Is their anybody else that has kids at home because of the weather? If you do, bundle up and take them GEOCACHING Upinyachit D Quote Link to comment
+aka Monkey
You're in Colorado I see... in the foothills we're expecting up to 36" of snow. If you're going to be here for long you should probably get used to our spring snowstorms. Here's a photo I took in March of last year: Quote Link to comment
Broncoholics
Casey and I are going to man up and go find this cache. It will be another FTF for Upinyachit, I hope. The snow on the ground might give us a little problem, but I am sure we will manage. Upinyachit D Quote Link to comment
+Team GPSaxophone
If you've got a problem with snow, you can trade houses with me. I'll gladly take 2-3 foot snowstorms in April and let you have <1 foot for the entire winter. Besides, Pueblo is close enough to the SPrings that I could commute to work at the Intel plant there. +Whiskey Park Gang
For snow, you should have gone to the Stultz Trail cache, they got three feet up there...what a storm, we almost didn't make it down our road. Hope to get out caching later in the week. Quote Link to comment
