I don't even like the official log books, which have marked fields for name, date, and notes. I have a whole desk full or IRS forms right now and that more than satisfies my bureaucratic urges. Everyone has his or her own unique style of writing logs. Reading them is the best reward a cache owner has. Why try to constrain that with a ledger? If you hope to be able to track trades and keep some sort of accounting, you'll find that compliance will be very low. Quote Link to comment

Some people put stickers in the log - others write lengthy discriptions about the challenge or the weather. Also your column widths are kind of off. You should make the date and time narrower and for sure make the notes column wider. I would also expand the form to use the whole page.
