+PDOP's
Normal Idiots are ok. The guide is complete, not the idiot. So it should be "The Idiot's Complete Guide to Geocaching" ? Is geocaching.com getting a cut from this? Quote Link to comment

Jeremy
I don't know about the Erik Sherman book, but the Complete Idiot's Guide to Geocaching was a fun project. It's a more lighthearted view on the subject. Obviously the term "idiot" is used loosely (for most). For example, I certainly wish I had marked the coordinates where I parked my car on my first cache hunt. Some trail signs are only painted on one side of a tree. Quote Link to comment
Jeremy
Make that my third or fourth cache hunt. I should have brought more water on my first cache hunt Quote Link to comment
+Red Clover
Yeah I learned all about that one side of the tree markings the night we spent 3 hrs stumbling around in the dark woods w/ my son. That was also when I learned WP the car! We came out of the woods 2 miles away from the car. But I was never so happy to see a hardpan road in my LIFE! Quote Link to comment

+crzycrzy
Darn it ! I was trying to buy it, but I need the idiot's guide to buying books on Amazon.com first... Oh well... Quote Link to comment
+TotemLake
Make that my third or fourth cache hunt. I should have brought more water on my first cache hunt (nods in agreement with similar experience) Quote Link to comment
+Team Perks
Okay, how friggin' difficult is geocaching to begin with!? 1. Get GPS. 2. Go look for tupperware in the bushes. 3. Post obnoxious tirades on the forums. Quote Link to comment
