+Brianslost
Hi all. I am planning a trip in August to Niagara Falls and will be staying on the Canadian side. Maybe this has been gone over before but I don't frequent the Canada forums. I am from Delaware. Any ideas on some good caches to try for. My travel partners are not into geocaching (at least not yet, workin' on that) so I probably won't be tryingany 5/5's. Thanks for all your help. Quote Link to comment

From a tourist standpoint as well as an introduction to your newby friends I would highly recommend the "1812 on the Niagara Parkway Tour series by Flick, Part 1 and Part 2. Although I haven't made the trek as yet to do part 2, I can tell you that part 1 is excellent and I'm sure 2 is equal in all respects. Part 1 finishes with a very senic cache hunt somewhere where all tourists should visit. Additionally there are numerous other caches in the area all within 5 to 30 minutes of the falls. Have a great trip, Olar Quote Link to comment
+MMAD
Do a search centred on Niagara Falls (N43 03.388 W79 03.803) there are many good caches around Queenston (just north of the falls). Queenston is also one end of the Bruce trail which has several caches on or near it, so you can have a nice scenic hike of the Niagara Escarpment while cacheing. Dan Quote Link to comment
