Well FRS radios are cheap. If you get GMRS frequencies it's an extra $85 for an FCC license. So really it's $19.99 + $85 = $105 for those radios.

Same with me. Must be a bad link or a site that wants to put snoop ware cookies on your machine, so that the only Cookies setting that will play the website is the [rude comment deleted by moderator] setting....

Just go to bestbuy.com and start looking around, I found them and will be picking up the Audiovox set, It comes with two handhelds and a wristwatch radio.

Not a bad deal for $20.

Be sure to take a close look at the radio specs. I haven't looked at these (same "cookies not enabled" error) but if they are the same or similar as the last time someone posted a link to cheap FRS radios on that site, they were low-power radios, way under the allowable power for FRS/GMRS.

 

They're probably still a good deal, but I passed on the last sale because FRS even at full power is not as powerful as I would like and lower-powered ones are too limited to meet any need I would have.

Yea they are the el'cheap o' special but I need a cheap set for around the house, I have a set of talkabouts and there is just some things I wont do with them.
