+RV Paces Posted March 23, 2004 Share Posted March 23, 2004 I wrote this once, but it didn't show up on the logs. trying again. I need to activate my new TB. I have the tag number, but they want the activation code that came with the tag when I received it in the mail I guess. I didn't notice any numbers besided the tag numbers. how can I get this code if I lost it? My TB is in my cache and I want to start tracking it. Link to comment
+brad.32 Posted March 23, 2004 Share Posted March 23, 2004 (edited) On the plastic pouch that the tags came in, there was a sticker with the activation code and the tracking number. When you are ready to use the bug the activation code is used to, well, activate it. If you lose the code before the bug is activated, then you'll need to write an email to contact@Groundspeak.com and explain the problem and provide the tracking number for the bug and They will take care of it.
