I work for WV Wesleyan College in Buckhannon and there are many nice locations near for such a gathering. We are about 2 hours from Pittsburg PA and Charleston WV. I may be able to arrange for an air-conditioned classrom w/ projection equipment to view Powerpoint slides of photos or descriptions if anyone wants to present.
