Alberta Caches

Hi,

Our family is going to be visiting some friends that live 1 1/2 hours north of Edmonton this summer. We will be driving from the Montana border up on AB-2. We will be spending some time camping in Jasper National Park as well. I would really love some help in letting us know which are some of the best caches to find in and around these areas. We don't mind driving a few miles off the highway to find some while we are traveling. What are some good ones that show off what Edmonton has to offer? Any in Calgary? Beautiful stops along the way? Thanks for the information!

Then, of course, there's PDOP's Obed Summit Cache on the way to Jasper. It's a nice place to get out and stretch the legs.

We did a few in Calgary last summer on the way to Red Deer. While in Calgary, check out:

Skyline CK1 (?) -- it's by the Calgary Zoo up on a knoll with a terrific postcard view of Calgary's skyline

On The Nose

On Final 28 -- watch the noise from the aircraft going overhead...
