Trying to figure out the user handbook to enter search coordinates has me feeling like a simpleton, which I know I'm not. Can anyone help me figure this thing out to get started? Thanks! +El Diablo Posted March 7, 2004 Share Posted March 7, 2004 Go to the main menu and look for the "Mark" icon. Click on that and and highlight the coordinates showing. Click on that and it will bring up the screen to change the coordinates. El Diablo Quote Link to comment
+Markwell Posted March 8, 2004 Share Posted March 8, 2004 Before anyone tells him to read the manual - the manual for the basic etrex is lousy. As Diablo said, you'll need to Mark a waypoint and then scroll the numbers up and down (using the enter key and the up and down arrows) to get it to be the right coordinates. Quote Link to comment
