Doing "the Nasty?"

Recommended Posts

The scene...

...I'm walking down the trail following my GPSr. I arrive at the cache location, and there are two beautiful women standing over the cache container. The thorns around the area have done a good job or ripping their clothing. They see me, smile seductively, and come over to me. Then that cheesy porn music starts emanating from behind the trees somewhere...

...somehow, that nevers happens.... :)

...sorry, sorry, sorry....

We had just finished a cache when my daughter, 3 years, spotted a bunch of used prophylactics on the ground and (incorrectly) identified them as balloons. I said, Yes dear there must have been quite a party here at one time! :)

"Water" balloons?

Quite a few times! Most recently in Va Beach last week. I went for a cache in a park and on approach passed two females sitting in a car. 30 minutes later while returning to my car observed them quite enthusiastically well err ummm...well yeah .... They never paid any attention to me until I was driving away...boy did the heads pop up then ha ha !!

<disgruntle>All of these accounts, yet nobody takes a picture (with GPS in pic of course)?</disgruntle>

This happened to us when we went looking for a cache in a park nearby. It was a rainy day so nobody was there. The park is pretty big so there are several parking lots. We just kept driving as far into the park so we could get as close to the cache as possible. Well we got to the furthest lot so we had to park there. The was one other car in the lot as we were pulling up. We just figured there might be fellow cachers here also. We parked about 3 spots away from the car and as we got out I noticed that the engine was still running but I didn't see anybody in the car. I didn't think anything of it. Well we went out found the cache and everything and headed back to the car. This all took about 20-30 minutes. When we got back to our car that other car was still there with the engine running and nobody in it, or so I thought. As we were getting into the car I said to my g/f, "This car is still running and nobody is here." She had no idea it was running and she just said that maybe they had to use the restrooms since they were right there as well. So I looked back at the car again and I saw a guys head pop up from the back seat. I just said, "Oh jeez there is someone in there, they were laying in the back seat." Then my g/f looked and said, "Oh God there's 2 people in there and the other is also a guy. Let's get the heck out of here." (Not that there's anything wrong with that) That's just something we don't want to see. So we hauled a** out of there.

Not while geocaching but while as a caretaker for a church: I spotted a van a-rocking in the church parking lot one night. As I approached the van to ask the people to leave a guy's head popped up. Then another guy's head. Right away: "yes sir, we're sorry sir", etc.. A church parking lot wouldn't be my first choice for sexual activities.

Another "not while geocaching story" from Matt. I used to work as a paramedic for several years. One night we were coming back from a call and decided to stop for a late night snack at a Krystal restaurant. We pulled into a parking space and my partner said "Look at this!" while looking out the driver's side window. I leaned over and this is what I saw. There was a car backed into the parking space next to us. There was this girl sitting in the driver's seat of a car with her head thrown back, eyes closed, moving side to side. There was a guy down on the floor of the car, under the steering wheel, getting a little "snack" of his own... We watched for about a minute and the girl must have felt eyes on her, because her eyes popped open, she stared at us and let out a yell. This in turn startled the young man with her who proceeded to bash his head on the bottom of the steering wheel trying to come up quickly. Laughing hysterically, we decided to relocate for our late night meal to the Waffle House down the road, and off we went.

I only stumbled on someone taking a dump. It just so happened that stage 2 of the multi i was doing was right next to where he was dumping.

You might think that a commuter parking lot at high noon might be an unlikely spot to find someone "doing the nasty". You'd be wrong. On our way to the in-laws to observe our Thanksgiving, we stopped to do a quick park and grab. While carefully watching the GPSr, I didn't pay much attention to what was going on in the car parked in the corner. When I did see the young couple vigorously giving thanks ( at least that's what they must have been doing because of the exclamations being made to a higher power) I quickly grabbed my wife and headed back to the van to wait this one out. She hadn't noticed a thing until I told her what was going on, and when she looked back, she too called to a higher power. I guess the whole thing must have been a very religious experience.

We did wait a couple of minutes and they left in a partially clad state of dress.

We did log the find.

Bag-O-Tricks, way to hang in there and log the find. Whatever it takes...that is hard core caching!

I am not sure if it will come out on the pic or not, but took this pic while caching in South Carolina. We took the pic as part of our caching adventures and didn't notice the small bumper sticker someone had placed on the sign.

Just to the bottom left of the "S" in South Carolina. We didn't notice until we were adding it to the cache log! :)

I guess South Carolina is very liberal!:P

Didn't notice those bullit holes til just now.......very nice.:huh::P

When it comes to that, there are two types of people in the world.

People who admit to it,,,, and liars.

I looked at the pic before reading the caption. My first though was that you were pointing to the "state law" sign and the caption would mention something about a wet T-shirt contest.

I have read this thread for a while and always thought it was funny but never really thought I would come across this myself.

Well it happened, we were caching on a really great day for so late in the year, the day before Thanksgiving. At "What a hoot" cache we were just about to go to the site when luckily the guy stood up so we were able to keep from being seen, unlike them. We left and went to another cache and came back to do this one later that day. They had at least chosen an out of the way place, not a cache located in a city park.

Not to exciting of a story but I was pretty surprised that I would run across this, it always seemed like this happens to someone else.

Ah. Hum... Family-oriented forum. Keep it clean... Okay.

We were doing a segment of a mystery cache in a nearby major city. On a nice Sunday morning. Not necessarily the nicest part of the city. We meandered up to the top of the mount, along the western paved trail. While searching for the clue, we looked off the eastern side of the mount, down the eastern trail. Being a Sunday morning, perhaps the one fellow was praying. He was on his knees. The other fellow was definitely exclaiming "Hallelujah", or something to that effect. We didn't understand what the third fellow was doing. Perhaps something to do with tithing?

Oh, that doesn't qualify... Since it wasn't out in the woods.

Same city, different, centrally located park. Virtual cache. Didn't see anything, but the comments from two guys passing by were very graphic.

Never while caching. But, loads of other times while running.

One of my first was on a nice noontime run. On the back section of the trail was a small creek with a nice little bridge over it well, as I round the coner and head to cross the creek I see them, he standing she kneeling in front of him right in the middle of the bridge. I took the creek in a single bound, not using the bridge. He heard me and sorta glanced at me with glazed eyes, other than that they kept to their business.

In the parking lot of the park I often run in there is often, very often, a couple that meets to,uhhhh, have lunch together. The first time they saw me they left,in a hurry. Now, they realize I'm not a spy for one of their spouses and tend to the businnes at hand.

Not a caching event ...but still my favorite ...I was out hunting one night and came accross a couple who disrobed next to their vehicle ..... it takes great skill to sneak up and take their clothing ..... I droped his wallet where I got the clothes and took them with me ....... :P

My only regret was I didn't have a digi cam or an air horn ......LOL

Heh, just a few hours ago I was looking for a parking lot micro, and spotted two people inthe backseat of a car, only about 4 spaces from a rather bright lightpole. Why anyone would do it an open parking lot without anything blocking them is beyond me. I looked for the cache a bit more, and my brother decided to climb a pile of frozen snow with the jeep. They finally left when he started playing on the snow. <_<

A few weeks ago I was having a hard time finding a cache. I was in a very dense forrest and the tree tops were giving my GPSr fits. After wondering aimlessly for about fifteen minutes I got upset and yelled "What the _____!!".

About 20 feet away from me a guy jumps up, buck naked, and says to me "how did you find us?". A pretty girl who was also naked started crying and keep telling me she was sorry. I was frozen and did not move or speak for about 10 seconds.

Meanwhile as she was trying to cover her body she went on about how her Dad had hired a private detective. At that point the guy almost started to cry.

After I regained my wits I started to laugh and as I was backing away I told them I was not who they thought I was. I told them to carry on.

I don't know if they thought it was funny but I did.

While looking for the first stage of GCHB3R, I saw a couple going at it in a cab of a pickup truck that was parked in front of the local municipal airport. There was a lot of traffic passing by due to the industrial park next to the airport.

Yes.

I was caching with the family on State Route 43 headed toward the California coast. We stopped for a cache that had been hidden on a wide vista-point type turnout along the side of the highway. There was one other car parked in the turnout and it just happened that the GPSr was pointing right at it. I parked our car about 60 feet away and the wife and I focused on the task at hand - how to search for the cache in front of the car without being seen by the occupants. We just assumed they were looking at the view.

I decided to just get out and 'walk around' and see what I could see. I saw a lot more than I expected. When I came around to the front of the other car (and I was literally within three feet of the front bumper) I saw the back side of a girl wearing nothing but bright pink thong, and a guy whose eyes were rolled back in his head. They were completely oblivious to me standing there. What I thought was most odd was that they were less that 100 feet off the highway and it was 4:00 in the afternoon!

When I got back in the car, my wife asks 'Did you see anything?', and Kids (ages 6 & 3) piped in 'Yeah, Dad! What did you see?' I just smiled a stupid smile and was thankful they weren't with me..

Along with that, that very first cache I found was in a reasonably remote area of BLM land. About an hour hike from the parking spot. The two cache logs prior to mine were from the day before and by a guy & girl who found the cache together. She signed her log with something like 'Found the cache then had sex on the rocks. They were sharp on my behind.' I didn't see anything, but I read the log.

That's a heck of a way to celebrate a FTF. Me, I just take a nap....Guess I'm old...

Like several people here I have as yet to encounter two people engaged in some sort of sexual activity while caching, I have however came across a couple from my apartment complex making love on the beach. They were so consumed with each other that they didn't hear me splashing in the water. I seem to recall that they were "wearing" swim suits.

The next time I couldn't sleep and had gone for a walk and there were a couple of teens making love in the "fort" at the children's play area. He had still had his briefs on but she was totally nude.

Hopefully one day I too will come across a couple engaged in some sort of sexual activity while I'm out caching.

My experinece:

Veteran's Day Cache (Traditional Cache)

Actually I just completed the trifecta the other day...

As a diclaimer, I have never found beer or porn in a cache. All of these were found in seperate "stashes" that just happened to be close proximity to a cache (within 20'). Proud to practice CITO in these cases.

I have completed numbers 1 and 3 of the Rupert2 Trifecta. Current count on "abandoned" beer is 37. 30 of those were in one place though - a 30 pack of Busch stashed in a snowbank in Salt Lake City.

Haven't encountered any "woodsy" sex... yet.

Here's a post from when I found a multi cache named ...Like Ants........ (GCJ0G8)

8/14/2005 by geospyder

Like an ant I was tenacious and in the end found it. Took the hide-a-key (soon to be a new micro) and left a couple Dutch coins. Also took the Reno Bound TB to drop off at the Reno River BBQ. I left the area of the final cache a different way than I came in. Surprised a couple in a position I don't think they were expecting to be surprised in That'll give them something to talk about later. Thanks for the cache.

I was doing a cache near a popular lake for weekend trips up here in Canada. I had pulled into a completely empty pull off and was down the trail to find a cache. On my way back up the trail, what did I spot going on against a wrecked car in the bushes off the trail? You guessed it. I think I paused for a second, and they did do, and then I just kept on walking back up the trail to my car. You figure with someone's car parked in the lot, they might have had a moments thought about messing around five feet from the trail.

This was posted on a local cache:

I came here with some trepidation after reading the logs. I knew this park, and had been here in the warmer months.

I was here about sunset on an unseasonably warm day. Soon after parking, a young gentleman and his ladyfriend pulled in in a late model Focus, screeching tires and kicking up gravel, with some truly romantic gangsta rap music playing at high volume. He pulled a Daffy Duck double-take (tongue out, eyes popping out of the sockets) when he saw me searching in the woods. I scowled. He was not deterred. Romance was in the air. They drove to the end of the muddy trail and parked. I sought the cache. They fully reclined the seats. It was a still day and the air smelled strongly of poo.

We each did what we came to do. As I gazed out upon the winter sun setting over the sewage-infested waters of the Cedar, and the gently rocking automobile, I thought to myself, "TFTC... TFTC."

I was out with a buddy (TM2) caching in a back woods area. We weren't too far off of the main trail when we walked towards the cache noticing a car close by. I was thinking it may have been stolen and stashed there, but when we got closer we noticed a bare chested guy sit up noticing us walking around. We thought it was hillarious and couldn't stop laughing as it was obvious they were 'doing the nasty'. We found the cache about 200 feet away from the car and then walked away. I'm pretty sure they continued on doing what they were doing. That's the first and only time I've seen somebody doing that while caching. It made for a great laugh.

I'll admit to having a few "encounters" while caching, both while searching and placing. Something about being outside while no-one else is around makes it more interesting, exciting, and fun.

My husband, on the other hand, thinks I'm insane.

... ever stumbled upon (not literally) an amourous couple in the woods having "relations"?

Not while caching, but hey, I'm still a newbie here! Once when I was hunting, I was in a hide late one afternoon, ready for the evening hunt, when a couple came along, stopped directly in front of where I was and did what came naturally. They were totally oblivious of my presence, and I didn't want to spoil their fun. Funny thing though, I had absolutely no luck in getting my mind back on hunting that day...

Should have fired a shot into the ground at just the right time.

OMG! I've been keeping an eye on this post since it started and thinking, how could so many people not have any place better to do this than in the woods, generally in a public area...then, I go caching in AR, Burns Park to be exact, this week and stumble upon this:

a32895f3-795f-4f05-a1ee-dac61717c48e.jpg

...now I know what all the fuss is. As soon as I saw them, I snapped. I screamed "THIS PARK IS USED BY EVERYBODY...GET OUT OF HERE!!!!" They didn't pay me any attention, so I just moved on and found the cache. Thankfully, I found a different way back to the car. :P

The NERVE of some people/species. Sheesh! I just wish I had some Al Green in the Ipod for him to set the mood!

Where is the censor bar from the FCC when we need it. :P
