uperdooper
I was just accused of that here. The topic starter posted the below quote* then locked the thread, so nobody had a chance to reply. One last thing - why do I have a feeling that Mopar is only posting just to "up" his numbers??? So, since that thread is locked, and it would be off topic there anyway.... wadda ya think? Am I posting for the numbers? I don't think so. If I was a numbers kinda guy I could post 10 times a day in other threads to get my post numbers up. If I was a numbers kinda guy I would get off my butt and log the last 30-40 caches I've found online, so my find count would be higher. Like me or not, I think I usually only post when I have something to add to the conversation, like in the thread this started out in. So, Geo-Trekker thinks I'm just posting for the numbers, does anyone else? *Since edited out of his post and replaced with a different insult: I am not just a newbie nor do I think I am the forum God (Or Goddess - Whatever you are Moapar) no, i don't think you post just to up your count. i don't know the details of the problem, but i usually find your posts right on target. +New England n00b
On the topic of posting, in general: I kinda feel 'bad' when I post lately because I haven't been out (geocaching) since basically early fall of last year, yet I find the forums interesting. I can't really explain why I feel like that - it certainly isn't anyone in the forums. I can't wait for more of my time to open up and the weather to get better. Link to comment
+Cache Viking
Thank GT for the reason to up my post count. As for Mopar I see him as one who often is contributing more to this forum than many. There are forum users I pass on by and those I like reading and Mopar is one of them. I better stop there and save the rest for another reply. Gotta boost the post count you know. EDIT: spelling. Edited March 3, 2004 by Cache Viking Link to comment
