Paperless Question...

I've read about the different ways of going paperless as a premium member and getting pocker queries.

 

So I'll have to admit, I'm not a paying member at this point in time, since I want to ask if there is a way to go paperless without having the premium membership?

 

Can you do it? Or is it more trouble than its worth?

 

I'm getting real tired of all these cache pages cluttering up the house

 

I'm thinking of picking up a palm pilot or some such thing in the near future and am curious to know what my options are.

You could use rschoolf's GeoClipping application but it only does one cache page at a time.

Yup, and you wont be able to get pocket queries, which are awesome. Plus, it's only 3 bucks a month. Way back when I used to get a 5 dollar a week allowance, I still could have afforded that!

Beyond the obvious advantages, the best feature of paperless caching has been the ability to find a cache at any time from anywhere. With your PDA and a 500 cache PQ, you've enabled spontaneous caching.

 

Come on Mr. Aybara... fork over those 3 gold pieces and never look back.

Ok, well could I copy and paste the info from the pages into a word doc, and just transfer that?

Yeah, if you copy the info into your memo pad (on older PDAs) or a newer one that would support word docs, that would work.

And since I've resently become Lord of the Two Rivers, I suppose I could afford the 3 gold pieces a week.

 

I was mostly just curious if it could be done without the membership in case I went out to buy a palm pilot or something. That way I could start using it while waiting for the check to clear.
