The Cheeseheads
Just three for me. I was the beneficiary of someone hiding a bunch of new caches all in the same park near where I work. I would have found one more, but I left for these three minutes before a fourth was approved so I wasn't aware of its existance until it was too late. Quote Link to comment
res2100
3 in a day, FTFs usually don't excite me. These caches sounded interesting, so that is why I did them. Edited February 22, 2004 by res2100 Quote Link to comment
Prime Suspect
4, but it was unusual. They had all been place by the same person at the same time, and were all pretty much in a line down one street, not far from me. It was only a few miles, beginning to end. Quote Link to comment
droosa
5 FTF in one day/trip... 434 miles about 12 hours. We were not after the FTF just worked out that way. Quote Link to comment
BlackBuck
I grabbed one this morning. Thanks! Quote Link to comment

briansnat
1. I really don't care if I'm 1st, 2nd or 50th. Quote Link to comment
Ed Rad
I think three is my personal best. They were all within walking distance of each other and near my home. I don't really care if I'm FTF, I just want to find! Hey. but to each his own. There are a few here around Chicago that excel in FTFs. That's their thing. I think I'm gonna try for last to find as a new style! LOL. Quote Link to comment
Vader
My personal best is 1, and I'm lucky to even get that. I have a couple of Geocachers around here that live for FTF's. Quote Link to comment

Fritz_Monroe
I've had 4 in one day. All were by the same hider, and were basically right down the street from each other. 2 were urban micros 1 was an offset cache 1 was a micro in a small patch of pine trees. F_M Quote Link to comment
BeachBuddies
4 for me, all from the same hider, on the AT -- good hikes [] Quote Link to comment
kc8hnz
I just got my first first to find on Friday, but I think I've been bitten by the FTF bug! Quote Link to comment
bthomas
3 or 4 in one day. It took 2 years to bag 100 of them. Quote Link to comment
SBPhishy
4 for me. It was in a series of 5 caches. Someone found one of them before me, but they didnt go for the rest! The FTF prize was 20 bucks, so far the coolest prize ive found yet. Quote Link to comment
TheNomad
I was lucky - 5 FTF's in one day/trip owing to five new caches being placed in the same wilderness area. All after 3:00pm on a weekday. One was a stand-alone, three multi-cache stages with the final stage of the multi-cache being the fifth. Each stage of the multi-cache were seperate caches - so, I got five FTF's in one trip. Quote Link to comment
Perrin
5 for me. Although 2 were shared with Ajetpilot who we ran into along the way. Quote Link to comment
Snailman22030
I've had ONE First-To-Find. So far I've been the ONLY finder on that cache too. Once the weather improves there'll be more visitors to the area. If there aren't some visitors soon I'm going to have to go out there and grab the travel bug to move it on again. I thought if I put a bug in the cache "they will come..." GCHGZB - Osprey's Nest Quote Link to comment

dhenninger
No morgan in this one, but it was exciting none the less. There will be a morgan and several other coins in the cache i am placing this week or next. dave (dhenning25) Quote Link to comment

GN&D
Just this morning 7 caches came up 50 miles away from home. So at 3:30 am I was off after them. I really didn't count on getting all of them, but I did. Wow !! All seven were hidden by the same person, in Cameron, MO. So that does make it a lot easier, but I still got 'em. My record is now 7 FTF's in one day. Before that it was 3 on two different occasions. Quote Link to comment
Deckyon
My record is 1. I got my FIRST FTF today... too cool. Quote Link to comment
GeoWorms
2 in one day, but I just had a streak of 4 FTF's in 4 days. It was a happy coincidence that two new caches appeared near me, and the other two had gone a few weeks without an FTF--just out of the way placements. I'm still the only finder for those two. Don't think I'll equal that for a while... Quote Link to comment
The Navigatorz
Three for me, but I'm really posting to check out my new avatar. Quote Link to comment
bcrockcrawler
We've had double FTF's three different times and one of those times, we had a double followed the next day with another, 3 FTFs in a row. We have been lucky because when we got into geocaching in our area there were few people doing it. Our 4th cache was a FTF, along with our 7th, 8th, and 9th. We did not realize how special (to some) a FTF was. Although we have 33 FTF's and the thrill of finding it first is still there, we do not run out the door asap if a new one pops up. +sbell111
One, I think. Actually, FTF isn't very important to me. About half the time I had a FTF, the cache had DNFs before me and had bad coords (as much as a couple of miles off). Quote Link to comment
