martmann Posted February 10, 2004 Share Posted February 10, 2004 (edited) To put a link, in your post, 1) Go to the internet page you want to link to. 2) Click once in the address bar of the browser, to highlight the address. 3) Select "Edit" then "Copy", or press both the "Ctrl" and "C" keys at the same time, to copy the address. 4) In the reply dialog box click on the "http://" button and a box will come up. 5) Press the "Ctrl" and "V" keys at the same time, to paste the address in the box. 6) Click the "OK" button. 7) Type whatever you want (this is the word/s that will be underlined, and go to the linked page, when clicked on). 8) Click the "OK" button. 9) Finish typing your reply post, as normal. Yup that's true, I was trying to show how to put a link in a reply, I didn't really even think the comic was that on topic, anymore than a comic about a car.
