I found a cache the other day that had been muggled, and apparently had been sitting open for weeks and was full of water. Needless to say, the logbook wasn't in very good shape. Let one cacher be careless in closing the container, and it's going to get wet. If the waterproof paper will take writing, why won't it take ink from a stamp? Quote Link to comment

+Damenace Posted January 31, 2004 Share Posted January 31, 2004 Consider carrying a Pilot G2 Gel Pen with you. These pens are awesome! I have been to many caches where the log was wet and or it was raining ( I live in Utah, it is one of those things you get used to). Most pencils don't write very good on wet paper and I have found no other pen (except those expensive NASA pens) that write on a wet surface as well as the Pilot G2 Gel Pens. Just my $0.02.
