Big Bird and son
Does anybody know how a powder Kool Aid container would work as a cache container? I was wondering if the plastic would hold up in the outdoors. Quote Link to comment
+misguided one
It would probably work ok. Be sure to mark it with "This side up", if the top is down it will most likely leak. Also be sure to wash it thouruoghly with a little bleach & water to get the koolaid smell out. You don't want to be attracting any critters. Lost? I'm not lost. At least I don't think I'm lost, well............OK, maybe just a little. Quote Link to comment
+Team OUTSID4EVR
I use one for an intermediate step in a multi-cache. Inside are maps, a pencil, and the next set of coords. They may not work well for caches with more stuff in them because the top is narrow. Quote Link to comment
Big Bird and son
The top is rather narrow but I thought it could be trimmed back some and it would still keep some of the waterproofing going on. Quote Link to comment
+Markwell
Just make sure you bleach it first to remove that yummy KoolAid smell. I just found a bag of microwave popcorn in a cache today. Will these people never learn that animals are HUNGRY? Markwell My Geocaching Page Quote Link to comment
