SE7EN
How far? A few feet or whole new neighborhood? Quote Link to comment
+carleenp
If you are planning on moving it to an entirely different area, you should archive the cache and then submit it as a new one after the move. If you are moving it just a few feet, you should be able to edit the coords on your cache page. Quote Link to comment
+Tommy Trojan
Yes I would be moving it 65 miles away ... so thank you for helping me regarding acrchiving it. All the best, Tommy Quote Link to comment
+Salvelinus
I agree that a 65 mile move is essentially a new cache and the old one should be archieved. However, I am thinking of moving one of mine several hundred yards (more than a few feet) away due to the cache location becoming less than desirable due to some recent flooding. When/If I do this, I plan on contacting my approver and working it out with them whether or not the new location is different enough to warrent a "new" cache page. I hope a new cache page is not needed since I would really not have to change any of it, except the coords. Salvelinus Quote Link to comment
