Odwolda Posted January 23, 2004 Share Posted January 23, 2004 (edited) MAN! I can only cache on the weekends, and SOMETIMES on weekdays, but it's a rare occasion. So far it's either been freezing or snowing or both on EVERY weekend! Now, I don't mind the weather at all, but the family isn't too fond of it. Not to mention it's supposed to snow Sunday, so there goes yet another wasted day. Saturday is my only chance, but I MAY get a chance after school tomorrow to do 1 or 2. Even on Saturday though it's supposed to be 16°, and pretty much everyone in my family except me HATES the cold. So I might as well put away my GPS until Spring...Ahh Spring, le printemps, the good weather season, with warm weather and NO ICE COLD SNOW. Seriously, I don't mind the weather no matter how cold, but I can't drive yet so no caching for me without someone else. +wildearth2001 Posted January 23, 2004 Share Posted January 23, 2004 yep for the same reasons as you, I don't drive yet and need parents to drive me in the summer when its 110+ i want to go but NO its to hot and in the winter no its to rainy/cold (and cold to them is 40) or they are too busy yeah right thats why i ride my bike to my caches, I get triaing for cycling and geocaches Quote Link to comment

Plan another hide. Write an elaborate cache page. Think up some cool stuff to put in it. Plan a travel bug. Make it a cool one with a fun goal. By doing sports and getting more muscular my weight did increase, because it is heavier than fat. So you start by loosing weight, then you end up heavier than before but you look better too (well, especially to girls he he) Quote Link to comment
Odwolda Posted February 4, 2004 Author Share Posted February 4, 2004 Well that's why I said OVER 5 I know some people do like, 10-20 a day when in groups, but when it's winter time, and the days get darker in a shorter amount of time, I'd be surprised to see more than ten a day.
