hawksridge
GRRRRRRRR no canada topo's anyway to make my own? http://www.keenpeople.com/index.php?option...rtid=4&Itemid=3 anyone tried this?? does it work? Edited January 13, 2004 by hawksridge Quote Link to comment
+PDOP's
No I haven't tried it but I think it would be a long involved process inputing all those contour lines. Here's another program along the same lines as mentioned on the keenpeople site Map Dekode There is also a MapAuthors group on Yahoo that you might want to look at. Quote Link to comment

+SpongeRob
Hawk I can tell you from expereince the process does work. There are a few other ways as well. You can always post questions in the keenpeople.com forum as well. Quote Link to comment

Taxman003
Hey there, I have no idea if this will work or not, but the Ministry of Natural Resource of Ontario has a new mapping feature that includes topo information. If it's Ontario topo you're looking for, check the site out www.mnr.gov.on.ca and see if the maps can be saved in a format that might work with another of the geocaching programs. Good luck, Mike Quote Link to comment
