+wray_clan
I came across this the other day (more about it here) and I was wondering if anybody has set up a geocaching blog. Quote Link to comment
TimSkells
how would that work? like a journal of you caches? Quote Link to comment
+Lazyboy & Mitey Mite
That isn't a bad idea. I suppose a person could cut and paste their logs into a blog even. Some cachers such as Oregone would be an interesting read. Quote Link to comment
+TeamK-9
I was planning on doing this for my website even before this post. My idea would be to just post after every cache adventure, no matter how many caches I visited and then just post sort of a log summing up the logs of all the caches I visited just sort of giving a narrative of the day and each cache in particular... +wray_clan
how would that work? like a journal of you caches? Yeah, and you could also have pictures to go along with it (like this) instead of having to click on a link. Also, you can have a more personal, original account than what you have on geocaching.com. I may start one myself. Plus you could put things on your blog that you wouldn't dream of putting on a log. Photos come to mind Quote Link to comment
+Lazyboy & Mitey Mite
I just started one. Nothing on it yet except a few links. Fun Quote Link to comment

+Lazyboy & Mitey Mite
The Blog It has no value yet. Nothing of special interest but from it you can grab a link to put up your own. It could be a fun thing and it's pretty basic. Quote Link to comment
+Johnnie Stalkers
Hmmm, interesting. We keep a Geo Log book, sort of a diary of our cache adventures. Far more detailed and 'blunt' than alot of our logs, some things you don't say to the cache owner because it would be rude. Blog is an interesting idea. Thanks! Quote Link to comment

+DomHeknows
my blog, http://absoblogginlutely.net has a category page, http://absoblogginlutely.net/geocache that contains all my geocaching posts. I don't always blog a find, mainly as that information can be got from my profile page on geocaching. Quote Link to comment
+DomHeknows
I've actually started a new blog for geocaching as there were starting to get a lot of articles on geocaching on my normal blog. It also meant that I could subdivide stuff into more relevant categories, so I now have a category for each bit of software I use, found, hidden caches etc. I find a blog is a great way of categorising and being able to find things at a later date. +fosterbass
Floopy blogs most of his caches in his livejournal and we also have a geocaching community there too. Quote Link to comment
