Captain Morgan
See: GC38E3 Fold Bags to help Trash Out Looks like most geocachers from Nordic Countries have not found this cache yet Quote Link to comment
Divine
Log that cache, it's worth it! Is that an order? Seriously, I wouldnt' take a Find from bringing trash bags to a cache. That said, I do CITO very often anyway, and it's highly recommended by me too. I think I'll put some trash bags in one of my future caches, and perhaps I'll keep extra trash bags with me to leave in caches. I'll leave logging that cache to others nonetheless. +Renegade Knight
That's a strange one allright. Not quite locationless thought it has that feel. Not really an event. Not a cache either. But you have to visit a cache, you do help out CITO (but don't actually do any CITO to log the find). Quote Link to comment
hedberg
Did it yesterday, spotted it a while ago. Here is a really good website with all locationless (including those mystery and virtuals that are locationless also!) categorized: Link Quote Link to comment
hedberg
It's a good cache!! Perhaps you know what CITO are, but not all people caching might know about it. Therefor is the idea of placing 3 or more plastic bags with a note on each, in a cache, a very good way of reaching out to those people that doesn't know what CITO is. That means that three persons might take one bag each with them, and they put out a total of nine CITO-bags in 3 other caches. And soon will the nordic region only have CITO-bags in their caches...!! Soon will you read in the logs: "Nice cache, beautiful location. Quite easy to find. Out: Grey CITO-bag. In: Yellow CITO-bag." Quote Link to comment
hedberg
BTW, how about the virtual travel bug that everybody can log? Virtually kidnap this! Quote Link to comment
Captain Morgan
BTW, how about the virtual travel bug that everybody can log?Virtually kidnap this! Almost grabbed it! But when I entered the number, it said: * No match and: Sorry. The Travel Bug code does not match. So it seems to be only a part of geocaching history... Quote Link to comment
hedberg
I saw that also, and the funny part is when I check my own profile and then clicks on found travelbugs, I get a list of all travelbugs I found and there is information on each bug where they are right now (either in a cache or in the hands of someone), but on the virtual bug are it "UNKNOWN" Quote Link to comment
