I use to have a cool applet running on my cache at http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...b9-ba50ab869ca2 It was a 360 panorama view from the cache site. It use to work but now it is not displaying the applet code. If I edit the cache description, the code is still there so it seems like geocaching.com is filtering java apps now on the cache pages. Anyway to fix this problem? Link to comment
+DavidMac Posted November 20, 2003 Share Posted November 20, 2003 A few weeks back, the ability to use javascript was disabled on cache pages; I believe this applies to java applets as well. I would provide a Markwell, but I was unable to find the thread in the new forums. Security issues were cited as one of the reasons for disabling this functionality, so I wouldn't be surprised if it applied to java as well. Link to comment
