I wish we had a contact like that in GA!

 

GA currently bans the placing of caches in state parks.

Cleveland Metroparks has a wonderful geocaching page and have approved and have listed caches in their parks with directions, pictures and all. You might want to use it as a positive resource to show others how geocaching is being handled in other parks.

That could also imply metal detectors, and while you could probably claim that you were using your GPS to find your way around a park, it's hard to think of an excuse for using a metal detector in a park that doesn't involve looking for something buried...
