Guest Paul Lamble
I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but I offer my experience. I have three caches in a park near Kansas City. Yesterday a couple of groups of kids were escorted to the caches are part of a treasure hunt. From what I'm told, they had a wonderful time. They left some things and they took some things. Unfortunately, they took the log books! (I used notebooks with cartoon characters on the cover.) I'm getting the books back, and I will put them back in the caches as soon as I can. But you might consider this possibility for your caches. I'm going to put some screaming stickers on them saying to please leave the books in the caches. Still a great past-time. Guest Dan Bollinger
Yikes! Not the logbooks! Most logs are spiral bound books. Why not put a cord through the binding and attach the other end to the case? Quote Link to comment
Guest Todd Svec
Might be tough to keep it waterproof that way. Just a learning experience I guess! Quote Link to comment
