+CacheCreatures
Interesting. Although isn't this mislabeled? I was under the impression that, strictly speaking, "GPS" technology has no tracking capabilities. Bring on the moral debate. Why make the devices something you have to carry? Why not implant them like we've been doing for years to our pets. If we do implant them into children, at what age do they get removed? Maybe our elderly could benefit from an implant too. For that matter, can't we all? Are we ready to broadcast our location 24/7 to anyone wanting to listen? Ain't technology great? CacheCreatures are spreading... They can hide, but they can't run! SLCDave
The Government probably got the technology from the aliens. They have been tracking individuals for decades.... "I'm 35 Years old, I am divorced, and I live in van down by the river!" - Matt Foley Quote Link to comment
+blindleader
What a nonsensical response to a rare circumstance. If the system is ever used to track a kidnapped child, the authorities are almost sure to track the device to the trash bin where it was disposed of shortly after the kidnapping. And even if the criminal is too ignorant to do that, what are the chances that the GPSR will get good enough reception in pocket or bag to provide fixes to the final location? Quote Link to comment
+JMBella
They can't do that. Thats considered a moving cache and is not allowed. Two roads diverged in a wood, and I- I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference. Because now I am Lost. Quote Link to comment
