Guest Jude from New Brunswick Posted March 16, 2001 Share Posted March 16, 2001 Hello again this is to make sure that I have the correct coordinates system.The datum is wgs84 and the question would be on the coordinates.which would it be deg/min.mm deg/min.mmm deg/min/sec on a Magellan 315 ?? For the ?Secondary? coordinates I use deg.ddddd w/NAD27 This way, when I?m in the ?position? screen & looking at a landmark I?ve saved or one that I've chosen to ?goto?, I can hit the menu button and choose ?projection? to see both coordinates at once. This will work with any combinations of ?primary or secondary? settings. I have both the M315 and the eMap but prefer using the M315 for this sport.
